Your Information
Verispy collects three types of data: Order Information (information that you submit to us through the order process), Passive User Data (information that is collected automatically about your usage of the Site, such as IP address) and Search Subject Data (information about Search Subjects).
If you choose to give us personal information such as name, email address or phone number we may use that information to facilitate a membership purchase and correspond with you. You may choose to restrict the use of your contact information by simply emailing us and asking us to stop all future contact with you and we will comply to your request.
Please note that we do not access nor collect any of our subscribers' personal financial information, including credit card numbers or any other billing information. All of our transactions are processed reliably and securely through a third-party bill processor.
How we Use and Share Your Information
If you choose to purchase or request something from the Verispy website, for example, a product or service, a callback, or specific marketing materials, we will use the information you provide to fulfill your request. Unless you request otherwise, we will periodically send you emails notifying you about new or upcoming Verispy products or services, information about changing or updating your registration or payment information, changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and promotional materials and offers from our company as well as from our subsidiaries, marketing partners, advertisers and other third parties. These third parties are explicitly prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Out of respect for your privacy, if you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by changing your "Email opt in" status in your account setting page or by contacting our support team .
For your convenience, we make your Verispy search history available to you in the Search History page of your Member's Area. We store information regarding searches you may make solely to provide you with this feature - we do not share your search history with any third parties.
We take our users/customers privacy and security very seriously. Users/customers are required to use at least two forms of authentication when accessing members area and performing certain secure/non-public operations.
In addition to the user's login credentials such as email/username and password, user authentication is also required when submitting any secure billing related requests or inquires. User authentication includes account holders valid order number. We are also able to authenticate a user for general tech and billing support matters when the support ticket is initiated from the email to which the account is registered. Our support staff is strictly prohibited from processing or releasing any user personal information without user authentication.
Never submit any billing related information or issues in a voice mail message. Our tech support staff does not have access or is allowed to collect any of our subscribers' personal information, including credit card numbers and billing information.Please note that we do not capture or save account holders phone number during purchase process and VMs (Voice Mail) are not automatically paired to the account holder's username or order number to which they may belong. Due to the difficulties related to matching the users account ID through data submitted through VMs we are unable to validate account holder through voice mail alone.
Use of Customer Information in Advertising
We use third party companies to help us deliver interactive and consumer related reports and advertising. These companies are privileged with statistical customer information only, so it is not identifiable to a specific individual. The information provided by these third-party companies help us better understand the offers, promotions, and types of advertising that are most appealing to our customers.

As do most websites, we collect passive user data automatically when you visit any of our webpages. This information typically includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), website navigation, referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamp.

Age restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. Visitors under 18 years of age are not eligible to use our website or services. We reserve the right to terminate service to any individual we believe is under the age of 18.

Disclosure
We understand how highly our users value the privacy and security of their personally identifiable information. Search Results Opt Out
As a courtesy, you may opt-out of having your information included in the data that appears in the search results of this website. Your identifying information, such as your name, address, and phone number (as it appears on this website), will be withheld/removed upon written request submitted to the network Data Access Management team (D.A.M.), as further explained below. Please note that you must personally opt out of having your information included in the data that appears in the search results of this website. Except for your attorney/legal representative, we do not allow any other person or entity to opt out on your behalf.
To submit your search results opt out request use the Data Access Management Opt-Out form: https://www.dataaccessmanagement.com/verispy The information you submit is not shared, sold, or used for any marketing purposes. It is used strictly to assist in the facilitation of the data removal request.
DO NOT SEND ANY DATA REMOVAL REQUESTS TO OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF, as they have no access to any of our databases and per our security protocol are not allowed to manage any individuals identifying information outside the normal customer support process.
Please allow upwards of 30 days for us to fully process your Data Opt-Out request.
Please note: We do not process Data Opt-Out requests over the phone. We may not be able to process incomplete requests, which are vital information such as name, address and age/date of birth. Although, most information is usually removed or blocked permanently, we do not guarantee the information will not be available again in the future, as we are not in direct control of the information distributed and obtained from official public records/government or third-party sources.
In addition, we have no control over any information displayed by other online vendors, and your Data Opt-Out request will not remove information from any third-party websites.
Please be aware that Verispy is not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined by the FCRA, as we do not provide any data for use in credit, insurance, or employment screening. We explicitly prohibit the use of our service and the data it supplies, for such purposes.
